Registration Rules:
- Registrated Authors and Attendees of the Physical Meeting have access to Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, Lunch on all days.
- NO REFUNDS will be made after registration
- Only Author registrations can present a paper.
- At least one author of each submission must be registered in order to upload the poster
- Each Author registration can cover at most one accepted manuscripts.
- Registration fees can be transferred to another co-author ONLY under special circumstances. All such transfer requests must be made in writing by email and sent to dhrieeekgpsec@gmail.com
- All registrants as Student Author and Student Attendees including students, graduate students and PhD fellows are required to submit a copy of their institutional identity card which proves their current status as a student.
- For poster sessions, the speaker must be available to present the poster for most of the time during the poster session.
Information
Registration includes access to all the meeting sessions and meeting kit.
The registered Authors and Attendees have access to Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, and Lunch on all days.
Registration does NOT include the accommodation charges.
