Yes. Once you take the IEEE and it’s society’s Membership through the official link that is provided, you become an active IEEE Member for a duration of 1 year, if you register now, you will become IEEE Member till December 2024. DHSR 2023 is an event under the hood of IEEE and is organized by IEEE Kharagpur Section, and it has got it’s seperate Registration fees.
