1. Authors who are new to the submission process now have to submit both a 1-page abstract and a poster (mandatory) together through the provided link on the website.
2. For all authors who have previously submitted a 1-page abstract, you will receive a notification email by October 9, 2023.
3. Accepted papers are obligated to submit their posters through the link provided in the notification email.
4. If you have not received a notification email by the specified date, please send an email to dsrieeekgpsec@gmail.com for assistance.

Details for Poster:

• The poster dimensions should measure 2.5 feet in width and 6 feet in height.
• Ensure that all the information on the poster is correctly positioned and well-written for clarity and readability.

All accepted demos will be considered for the Best Demo Awards under different categories based on the quality of research and presentation which a panel of experts will judge. For the Best Poster award, 1st prize is Rs 5,000, 2nd prize is Rs 3,000 and 3rd prize is Rs 2,000.
