Abstract: Computer Aided Detection/Diagnostics (CAD) is more know in medical world for its utility. CADx is primarily works on medical images to provide the decision and diagnostics. Content based Image Retrieval (CBIR) also works on images and the scope of it is not limited to medical world. CBIR can also help medical community and lead to development of better CAD system. Use of non-image data can make it more reliable.
